The YF-23 Black Widow was the direct competitor to the F-22 Raptor in the late 90s. The design was meant to be stealthier and faster in a strait line. The F-22 ended up winning the competition as the next generation fighter jet, so the 23 ended up being stripped of major components and was meant to be destroyed. An air frame still survives and is being refurbished as a museum display.

This model features a full suite of adjustable control surfaces, retractable landing gear, weapons bay, cockpit detail, display stand, and the iconic hourglass painted on the bottom. The MOC measure approx. 37cm(14.7") by 58.6cm(23.1") by 12.4cm(4.9") and weighs 1.24 kilograms(2.73lbs). The model and stand make up a total of 2133 pieces. 

This is an advanced and delicate model, and definitely not for play. But Its a fun build experience. So I hope you enjoy the build

WHAT CAN YOU PURCHASE IN BUILDAMOC?
A BuildaMOC kit includes all of the LEGO parts needed to complete a MOC, as well as the printed instructions or PDF files, depending on your purchase.
WHAT IS A MOC?
MOC stands for "My Own Creation". They are custom creations designed and built by LEGO® fans. Like original LEGO® sets, but for custom models.
DO YOU USE ORIGINAL LEGO PARTS?
YES. We cannot stress enough the importance of using original LEGO® parts. From quality to ethics, no other brand will provide you the same value. We only use 100% original LEGO® parts.
WHO CREATED MY MOC?
Our MOCs have been designed by different LEGO® fans around the world. They get compensated for their hard work and creativity for every sale that we make.

Shipping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer multiple shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Standard shipping is the most economical, though it might be a little slower. It includes tracking and insurance. We also offer express shipping, in case you need us to process and ship your package at a rush.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY MOC?
Most of our MOCs are on-demand. After you place your order, we will start the process of gathering the parts and printing the instructions, packaging and shipping. This can take 10-20 working days plus shipping time.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Short answer, yes. Long answer, we ship to every corner of the world. BuildaMOC has partnered with different shipping agencies to make sure that we can accommodate every customer.
HOW DO YOU SHIP MY MOC?
We ship all MOCs in protected boxes, wrapped in bags, to ensure that no water gets in. The parts are separated in zip-loc bags, as well as the instructions. Nothing will get between you and your carefully packaged MOC!

We accept many payment methods. PayPal, credit/debit card/IBAN in the EU or Bank Transfer to a USA bank. If you want to pay with a different method that is not available online, you can send us a message to hello@buildamoc.com and we will work with you!
IS BUYING IN BUILDAMOC SAFE?
Yes! I mean, what do you expect us to say :-).
Our payments are processed by PayPal or an external payment processor and all your details are safely encrypted. We are a registered company from the south of Spain, where we try to help you build your dreams.
WHICH CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept many of the main currencies across the world.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Just place the item you want in your cart and check-out. You do not need to make an account, though it is recommended so you can easily come back and keep track of your orders.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After shipping, we will let you know your order's tracking number and where to track it.
