This policy explains how BUILDAMOC SL ("BuildaMOC", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on buildamoc.com. For how we handle personal data in general, see our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in much the same way, and in this policy "cookies" covers them too.
- First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we use on the site.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay for a set time, which each provider decides.
How we ask for your consent
- When you visit from the EU, the EEA (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), the UK or Switzerland, a banner lets you choose Accept, Decline or Manage preferences.
- Until you choose, and after you decline, we only use strictly necessary cookies.
- You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and it does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
- Our site recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out.
- In other countries, analytics and marketing cookies may be active from your first visit. You can turn them off at any time with "Cookie preferences".
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the cart and checkout may stop working.
Google Consent Mode
While analytics and marketing are off, Google tags on our site do not set cookies. They may still send Google signals without cookies (for example, that a page was viewed). Google uses these to estimate ad results in aggregate.

Services that load without setting cookies
To show the site, your browser also connects to services that receive your IP address but set no cookies before you choose:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Hosted Libraries (jQuery)
- Shopify (fonts and technical monitoring)
- Shop (shop.app) and PayPal
- the Mailchimp, Loox and Webkul scripts
How long cookies last
Each provider decides how long its cookies last. You can see and delete them at any time in your browser settings. Shopify describes its own cookies at https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies.
International transfers
Some of these providers are based outside the EU (for example Google, Meta and Mailchimp). See "International Users" in our Privacy Policy.
