What is included in a BuildaMOC kit?
A BuildaMOC kit includes the parts needed to complete the model, plus instructions in printed or digital format depending on the kit you purchase.
What is a MOC?
MOC stands for My Own Creation. It usually refers to a custom model designed by a fan builder rather than an official set.
Do you use genuine LEGO® parts?
Yes. We use genuine LEGO® elements in our kits. Quality, clutch and consistency matter, especially when a model includes many small parts.
Who designs the MOCs?
Many of the MOCs in our catalog are designed by independent builders from around the world. Designers are credited and compensated for the models sold through BuildaMOC.

Which shipping methods are available?
We offer different shipping options depending on the destination and order. Standard shipping is usually the most economical option, while express shipping may be available when timing is more important.
How long will it take to receive my kit?
Most MOC kits are prepared on demand. After you place an order, we gather the parts, prepare the instructions when needed, pack the kit and ship it. Preparation usually takes 10-20 working days, plus shipping time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide and work with different shipping providers to cover as many destinations as possible.
How are kits packed?
Kits are packed carefully in protected boxes. Parts are usually separated into bags, and instructions are included when the kit requires them.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods can vary by country, but we usually accept card payments, PayPal and other payment options shown at checkout. If you need a different method, contact us and we will see what is possible.
Is buying from BuildaMOC safe?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers, and payment details are handled through encrypted checkout systems.
Which currencies do you accept?
We support many of the main currencies used by our customers. The available currency is shown in the store and at checkout based on your region.

How do I place an order?
Add the kit you want to your cart and complete checkout. You do not need an account, although creating one can make it easier to track orders and come back later.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because many kits are prepared on demand, cancellations or changes can be difficult once we have started processing the order. If you need to change something, contact us as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send the tracking information when tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Contact us with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue. Photos are helpful if something arrived damaged or incorrect.
