The brief

What the client asked for, and the constraint that shaped the model.

Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions asked us to create a set of small branded kits around real estate.

For this series, we designed three models: a single-family home with outdoor amenities, a multifamily community with a shared pool, and a logistics center with trucks. Each one represented a different part of their real estate portfolio in a simple, easy-to-recognize way.

We kept the kits compact on purpose. They needed to feel thoughtful and specific, but still be easy to gift, store and share with the right people.

Together, the three models gave Brookfield Oaktree a more hands-on way to talk about real estate. Instead of describing each asset class only in words, they could give people something small, branded and directly connected to that part of the business.
