Description
- All-terrain half-track vehicle based on a Scammell
- High ground clearance due to raised front axle
- Front axle and track permanently driven
- Differential lock for track drive pneumatically switchable (via small hand pump)
- Front axle suspended as a swing axle, stabilized by torsion bars (inspired by: Mani91)
- Front axle wheels arranged at an angle for increased stability (idea: Mani91)
- Steering is purely via the front wheels, as is usual with half-track vehicles
- Track drive wheels freely suspended to better adapt to the substrate
- Diesel sound generated mechanically (stepless from idle to full throttle)
- Loading area freely available for your own designs
- 3 Motors (1x Buggy for drive, 1x servo for steering, 1x M for diesel sound)
- The most stable original Lego-components are used for the drive and steering (cardan, differentials, planetary gears)
