A small mechanical model of Homer emerging from, and vanishing into, the bushes.
A clever set of gearing hidden within the bushes and base cause the leaves of the bushes to separate as homer slides out. As he slides back in, the leaves smoothly return to their original position. The movement is controlled by rotating a gear on the back of the model.
