The brief

The students at Texas A&M Formula Electric had built AME25 for Formula SAE Electric. They asked us to turn their own race car into a kit that could be assembled on a much smaller scale.

We developed the kit using original LEGO® elements and produced 52 units. It carried the AME25 name and credited the students behind the full-size car.

When the team had its next car, AME26, Purav Datta came back to us. He liked the first kit and had a few ideas to take into the new design.
