The brief

Rotoline approached us after seeing a kit we had made for one of its customers, Remcon. The team wanted a model of its own equipment to display at a trade show and give to customers. The project became a 50-kit run of the CR5.60. We built the machine from original LEGO® elements, with 611 pieces per kit.

The model sets a blue enclosure beside an open gray structure on a curved base. Between them sits the central carousel, with orange details around the gray assembly. Yellow rails mark the front of the machine, and a black ladder runs up the side of the frame. The Rotoline name and CR5.60 designation appear directly on the blue enclosure.

We prepared custom printed packaging and a 60-page instruction booklet for the project. The booklet cover shows the assembled machine and its open framework. The kit uses printed parts for the machine's branding. By September 10, 2026, the Rotoline team had received the kits and started assembling them.
