The brief

Rosewood Mayakoba commissioned a building kit based on its food van. We recreated the vehicle in cream and blue, using original LEGO® elements. The model includes the open serving side as well as the cab and rear of the van. Rosewood branding appears on the front, with Aquí Me Quedo lettering along the side.

The serving window has a counter with small food details and a printed menu beside it. A brown strip above the opening frames the counter. On the opposite side, a lavender surfboard sits against the bodywork, above the rear wheel. The cream roof and blue horizontal stripes continue around the vehicle, with transparent elements forming the windscreen.

The production record lists 500 kits, with printed parts for the vehicle's branding and menu. The custom box and 24-page instruction booklet both identify the model as Food Truck and specify 235 pieces. Their covers show the van with its serving side open. The kit keeps those details on the assembled vehicle, including the counter and the surfboard on the opposite side.
