The brief

Regency Centers was building a new headquarters and wanted its regional offices to be part of it. The plan was to send brick kits of the building to the offices and let the teams put them together.

The model shows the whole building at small scale, rows of windows under a terracotta top, shopfronts along the street, palm trees and a few cars out front. It has 416 pieces.

The kit comes in a custom box with a printed A5 booklet. The first pages of the booklet were written by their team, with QR codes to their social channels.

The 35 kits shipped on September 18, and the first delivery reached Regency on the 21st, ahead of the date they needed them.
