One Source Women in Engineering Day Kit

One Source Associates created a Women in Engineering Day gift to recognize the people who design the buildings and spaces around us. The kits were intended for women in engineering and related fields, with the sales team bringing them into customer visits. The giveaway celebrated their work and opened a thoughtful business conversation.

The 52-piece desk scene becomes a small tribute: a place to pause, build and celebrate women engineers. Its screen carries the message Celebrating Women Engineers, while the One Source Associates badge connects the gesture to the company. The architecture theme links recipients’ work to the spaces their customers use every day.

A custom box and printed instructions make the kit easy to share in person. As customers assemble the desk, the gift recognizes the expertise behind the environments where people live and work, while giving One Source Associates a warm way to begin a conversation. The finished model can stay on a desk as a reminder of the people and ideas that shape those spaces.
