The brief

Nord Pool, part of Euronext, commissioned a Trade Desk kit as a giveaway. Electricity trading is a business of screens and decisions, and the desk scene gives that work a physical setting. Recipients can assemble a miniature workspace carrying the identity of the electricity market operator, then keep it in view on their own desks.

The client’s design team developed the box using templates and renders we supplied. During review, they asked us to give the logo more space and center the pulse icon on the mug. We sent revised renders the next day, carrying those small brand details into the 76-piece kit and its printed presentation.

Those details keep the Nord Pool identity recognizable at a small scale. The idea also caught the attention of Euronext, whose team asked for a version with the group’s own branding. A desk scene developed for one brand had become a starting point for another conversation within the group.
