The brief

What the client asked for, and the constraint that shaped the model.

MW Robotics wanted a small kit that could show what makes the ExR-2.5 different without turning it into something too complicated.

The model keeps the robot’s compact shape, yellow and black color scheme, front camera, antennas, side panels and low-profile wheels. Even at only 99 pieces, it still feels like a proper industrial robot rather than a generic vehicle.

We also designed the packaging around the environments where the robot is used. The dark industrial background, bold Ex Robotics branding and “certified for hazardous locations” message help connect the kit to the real product right away.

Because of its size, this set works well as a giveaway, sales tool or event piece. It is easy to build, easy to display and gives people a simple way to understand a very technical product.
