The brief

Some buildings need room to make their impression. This LeFrak tower became a large display model, with enough presence to draw attention from across a room and enough detail to reward a closer look. We used original LEGO® elements to translate the architecture into a physical object that can be viewed from different sides.

The repeated floors give the model its vertical rhythm. At this scale, that repetition becomes part of the experience: your eye moves up the facade, then back down to the building's footprint and surroundings. The tower reads as a complete piece of architecture, while its construction invites people to notice how the larger form is assembled.

For a real estate business, the building is already a powerful expression of what it does. A large model gives that subject a presence people can gather around. Our version brings the architecture within viewing distance, turning a tall structure into a focal point with an immediate, physical sense of scale.
