The brief

Data becomes useful when people can work with it. For Collibra, that human side of data intelligence became the starting point for a brick-built control room. The kit gives an abstract software subject a familiar setting, with a team at work rather than a logo standing on its own.

We designed a 195-piece scene that puts people and information in the same space. The workstations and shared screens make the idea easy to read, and the compact open layout lets the whole room stay visible after assembly. The value of the format is in that change of pace: someone can put the screen aside and build a small version of the working world behind the brand.

Collibra's identity continues into the printed booklet, which pairs the model with the company's own visual language. Over 500 kits were created for the project. Made with original LEGO® elements, the finished room provides a lasting physical reference for a business whose products are usually experienced through software.
