This modular is a modification of the set 10273 "Haunted House" and turns it into a fully furnished, regular sized Modular Building.The Focus was on creating a nice Backside and a manorial interrior. It adds a base to raise it a little and changes the set from a foldable Doll-house to a regular modular with detachable floors.
The Build is 25x25 cm in Size and 60 cm high.
It's Interior consits of a sofa corner, furnace, Chest and Organ on the ground Floor. On the floor above you find the kitchen with a dining table and an open area for the upper part of the organ. The Attic has some room for storage, the bedroom and a mystic ritual altair. The interior fits the color scheme of the outside with it's dark, wooden tones, red cusions and gold accents.

Since this is a modification of Set 10273, it shares a lot of common parts with the set.
If you already own the Set and want to use it's parts, choose the option: "Kit without the parts included in 10273" (1637 parts)
If you start from scratch, choose: "Complete Kit" (3698 parts).
