This half- wide modular is a modification of the set 76108 "Sanctum Sanctorum Showdown".
It's 28.8 cm high, 12.8 cm wide and 25.6 cm deep.
It turns the original dollhouse- style Set 76108 into a regular modular Build with detachable floors. The ground floor is home to a takeaway- Kepab Restaurant. Restaurants like this can be found around each corner in German City- centers.
The upper floor has a freshly moved in Student- Flat with desk, Bed, moving Boxes and Pizza on the Floor. Just like a student flat in real life!
The Attic is where the magic happens. Up here, a magican has found a hidden home which can only be accessed with a Secret, foldable Ladder. You'll find everything you need for dark rituals up here, probably.
The Front of the Building resembles a manorial City house. The back fits best into a Style which I would call "Downtown- Style" including the obligatory escape- ladder.
You can also put the tiled street on the Back of the build to use it as front, if you like.
Since this is a modification of Set 76108, it shares a lot of common parts with the set.
If you already own the Set and want to use it's parts, choose the option: "Kit without the parts included in 76108" (811 parts)
If you start from scratch, choose: "Complete Kit" (1546 parts)
