The brief

A software business can have a strong personality without a physical product to put on a table. For TuxCare, which provides security and support for Linux and open source software, the penguin offers that point of connection. We turned the character into a compact brick kit with the brand visible throughout the build.

The model keeps the penguin's familiar black-and-white body, bright beak and expressive shape. A flag and branded base connect the character to TuxCare, so it works as a complete object on its own. Original LEGO® elements give the mascot a solid, tactile form while keeping the recognizable silhouette.

The finished character brings a lighter touch to a technical field. Its value as a branded object lies in being approachable and easy to recognize, with something to assemble before it takes its place on a desk. The mascot carries the company identity in its own right, giving the software brand a presence beyond the screen.
