The brief

Tate wanted a small giveaway that brought its data center products together in one model. The brief covered the infrastructure around the server racks, including containment and the systems above them. We developed the PowerStack Mini as a compact building kit made from original LEGO® elements. The box and booklet name the model and identify its 166 pieces.

The model uses a black frame around transparent doors and printed server details. Yellow elements run above the racks, beneath a gray roof with red accents. The roof supports and upper enclosure remain visible from the sides. Tate branding appears on the transparent panels, keeping the front of the model open to the equipment inside.

The production run was 100 kits with UV-printed parts, custom packaging and a 24-page instruction booklet. The booklet opens with an introduction to PowerStack before the assembly steps. The packaging carries the same blue color scheme and PowerStack Mini name. This gives the small model a direct connection to the product described in the accompanying print materials.
