The ground floor is a tailor's shop reminiscent of the ground floor of my other MOC - Seamstress Shop. This shop is catered to making suits.
The second floor is an accountant's office and the third floor is an interior designer's office.
The exterior was designed to have a stern, simple look but classy and would fit to any city set up. The interiors are packed with details without looking cluttered.
The building can serve as a corner building or a connecting building with a small alley that goes to the back entrance of the building.
