Twirly Whirly is a LEGO Great Ball Contraption module designed by the talented Scottish GBC builder, Pinno.

This compact LEGO ball machine is relying on a cool mechanism: some liftarms are spinning in a synchronized way and elevating balls to the top of the module.

GBC balls arrive at the central tower from the module one by one, separated by a stepper, then are pushed upward thanks to rotating liftarms. They then slide along several ramps until the exit of the module.

Perfect to be reproduced with children (with a bit of assistance on synchronization), this nice yellow and black LEGO GBC module is now available as ready-to-build kit (including building instructions) on BuildaMOC.
